With this purchase you enter an agreement with Baldur Bjarnason, an individual organized and existing in Iceland, with a registered address at Heiðmörk 35A, Hveragerði, Iceland (“Licensor”), who will supply you with an ebook (“Ebook”) to you (“Licensee”), subject to the terms of this license. This license does not affect or attempt to limit your statutory rights that govern the purchase of ebooks in your jurisdiction.
You have a right to a full refund at any point up to a year from the purchase of the ebook. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please do not download the ebook and instead contact me for a refund.
Licensor grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide License for the Term to use the Ebook for the specific purpose specified in this License, subject to the terms and conditions set out in this License.
The Licensee cannot use the Ebook, for purposes other than as specified in this License except for the purposes of reading the Ebook.
The Licensee will not distribute, sell, License or sub-License, let, trade or expose for sale the Ebook to a third party unless they have specifically bought one of the sharing editions of the book. In which case, the Licensee is allowed to share the Ebook with the number of users in their organisation as set out in the purchase agreement.
No copies of the Ebook are to be made other than as expressly approved by Licensor.
No changes to the Ebook or its content may be made by Licensee.
All Intellectual Property Rights over and in respect of the Ebook are owned by Licensor. The Licensee does not acquire any rights of ownership in the Ebook.
The ebook is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind (express or implied) and we shall not be responsible for any loss, direct, indirect, consequential or other damages which you may suffer by purchasing, downloading or relying on the Ebook in any way.
This license is governed by Icelandic law and we both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Icelandic courts in the event of any dispute.
